# Which services does WPMobile use for push notifications?

WPMobile uses Firebase for Android and APNs, Apple’s notification service, for iOS.

Configure notifications in the WPMobile plugin on your WordPress website. Set up the credentials for each platform you use: Android configuration does not replace iOS configuration.
