How do I send a notification to one user or a WordPress role?

In the WPMobile plugin’s notification management area, choose targeting by email address for one user, or by WordPress role for a group of users.

Check the selected address or role before sending. Email targeting identifies an app user; it does not send a message to their email inbox.
