# What should I do if Google or Apple rejects my app?

Copy the full rejection message and send it to WPMobile with your website address and the affected platform.

The fix depends on the store’s reason. Regenerating the app will not necessarily solve an issue with the content or listing. Approval is not guaranteed, and a rejection does not entitle you to an automatic refund.
