# My app shows a blank page or does not load the website. What should I check?

Check the phone’s Internet connection, then open the same page in its browser to see whether the website responds.

If the website works in the browser but not in the app, send WPMobile the exact URL, whether you use Android or iOS, a screenshot and the steps to reproduce the issue. Specify whether this is the demo app or your published app.
