# Login or checkout does not work in the app. What should I do?

Test the same action on your website in the phone’s browser, then in the app.

Send WPMobile the relevant URL, the login or payment plugin used, the platform and the error message. For payments, specify the product type: physical WooCommerce products are supported, but in-app purchases of virtual products or memberships are not.
